By accessing or using Dndgen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Description of Service
Dndgen provides AI-powered tools for creating Dungeons & Dragons content including characters, monsters, items, spells, worlds, campaigns, and more. The service includes:
- AI-powered content generation
- Content vault storage and organization
- Vector-powered search capabilities
- Export and sharing features
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service

- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content
- AI outputs may contain errors or inconsistencies

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dndgen and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Third-Party Content
Dungeons & Dragons is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Wizards of the Coast.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
- Modify or discontinue features with notice
- Suspend access for violations of these terms
11. Rate Limits
Different subscription tiers include different usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dndgen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Dndgen harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
